McTaggarts is situated in Ashill, Norfolk. It is a family run pub/restaurant set in the heart of the village,we offer contemporary and relaxing surroundings with a modern twist. 

We love individuality and quirk, we have revamped our restaurant into something that will make you feel special the moment you step through the door. We offer a combination of style, quality and an attractive destination in itself.  We have blended colour, textiles and ambience which is exhibited by the superb bright red lit curved bar. We offer an excellent range of beers,lagers, chilled Aspall cider and a well kept selection of real ales. Our wine list is varied, competative, well balanced and incorporates dry, fruity, full bodied choices as well as offering sparkling wines and champagne. Our contemporary bar is stocked with a varied choice of soft drinks, bottled beers and trendy themed drinks of the season.

At McTaggarts we strive to offer a varied, well balanced choice of good food. We source and buy our products from local suppliers. Norfolk Preserves and Steven Smiths Butchers are just some of the suppliers we use on a regular basis to create our menu. Our food is a combination of stylish dishes with menus changing on a monthly basis, to enhance your experience when eating in our restaurant. Our menu is created to inspire your culinary dining experience and each visit is dedicated to offer you something new.
